Towards Smoke-free Public Places
This database provides access to all the references
used in the Towards smoke-free public places
report, which will be released on 6 November 2002.
The references can be search by keyword by selecting
the field you wish to search or by a phrase search,
alternatively you can list all the references in the
database. The references can also be printed or downloaded
into a citation manager such as Reference Manager
or ProCite.
tcrc European country profiles summary graphs 2002
The summary graphs were recently produced using the
information from the tcrc European Country Profiles
database to show some key comparisons from the data.
The first graph charts the number of smoking related
deaths in each of the EU countries and the second
illustrates the rate at which smokers are dying from
smoking related diseases. The rate graph figures are
calculated using population size and therefore provides
a direct comparison between the 15 countries.

the tcrc European control country profiles 2000
In collaboration with the World Health Organisation
and the American Cancer Society, the tcrc presents
country-specific information on the tobacco epidemic
in Europe. All data are drawn from the publication
Tobacco Control Country Profiles, The American Cancer
Society, 2000, which should be cited as source.
