marketing practices. Although some may feel that the tobacco
companies say one thing and do another, the site provides

is not necessary but is free and is beneficial as it provides
added options to help search the large volume of material.

TobaccoArchives.com is a website available to the public
and litigants that provides access to millions of pages
of tobacco company documents that have been produced in
civil smoking and health litigation in the United States.
The documents available include those from Philip Morris
Incorporated, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company Brown &
Williamson Document, Lorillard Tobacco Company, The Tobacco
Institute and The Council for Tobacco Research.

as web pages or downloaded as PDF files.

tries to undermine scientific evidence of the harmful effects
of tobacco. Links to other pro-smoking and smokers' rights

Forces International pro smoking site lays out a number
of 'facts' about smoking and attempts to discredit the views
of anti smoking activists by describing the flaws of various
studies and the dangers of some cessation aids such as Zyban.

information service which aims to provide up-to-date, impartial
information on the tobacco investment debate. This site
would be useful for anyone interested in the economic side
of the tobacco industry. To access this service the user
must be a subscriber to the site.

The site of Eliminating child labour in tobacco. The objective
of the ECLT Foundation is to contribute to the elimination
of child labour in tobacco growing. Members of the foundation
include most of the major tobacco companies. Some interesting
information is given.

Tobacco leaf is the site of the International Tobacco Growers'
Association. Containing some facts and figures about the
production of tobacco with publications, news and press
releases. Very interesting as it provides an insight into
the views of tobacco growers around the world. This could
perhaps be useful for those interested in the international
economics of tobacco and perhaps also a more social aspect.
